Charleston: June 2023

I ended up having an 8 week block free of electives this summer after I took Step 2. I was pretty busy with research and other non-elective activities, but I was happy to find time for a quick weekend trip to Charleston, SC.

I haven’t spent almost any time in the South except for Florida, so this was a really nice change of pace. The downtown itself is overall small, so we were able to do all of the “sightseeing” in a few hours on the first day and spent the rest wandering around, exploring stores and coffee shops. One highlight of the trip was a ghost tour through TripAdvisor— highly recommend!
